Designing the tools, coding them, writing them, installing them on your site and wiring up lead tracking. Upkeep and changes are included for as long as the agreement runs. There is no setup fee, and leads are not charged separately.
One tool is one thing a visitor sees: a price calculator, a quiz, a visualiser, a booking widget, a video bot, a quick contact tab or a pop-up. The same calculator on two pages is one tool; calculators for two different services are two.
Yes, in both directions. You can move up as soon as another tool is needed, and down from the start of the next billing period.
The first 30 days are free, and if you do not carry on, no invoice follows. From there the minimum term is three months, after which the agreement runs month by month and can be ended whenever you like. Three months is the time it takes to see whether a tool works and to change it if it does not.
We change it. We watch how many enquiries each tool brings, and when the number stays low we change the questions, the place on the page, or the tool itself. That is part of the monthly price, not a separate project.
The tools run on Ansaan’s platform and are yours to use for as long as the agreement runs. The leads are yours outright: they reach your inbox at once, and you can export them whenever you like, including when the agreement ends.
Yes. Prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added to the invoice at the rate in force.
