Roof coating AI tool
What it answers
The hardest obstacle to selling a coating is disbelief. When a roof is mossy and faded, the owner does not believe paint will make it tidy, they assume the only option is a new roof, and postpone that because it costs several times as much. A salesperson struggles to argue it on the phone, because words do not show what the result looks like.
The tool shows it. Your visitor uploads a photograph and picks a shade, and sees their own roof washed and painted, the same roof, with the same seams and the same shape. That difference is exactly what a coating sells.
Why it produces leads
- It proves the claim nobody believes A coating sounds too cheap to be true. A picture of the same roof, clean, argues it better than any sentence.
- It reaches the people already saving for a new roof Many have decided the roof must be replaced. This shows them the cheaper option before they ring your competitor.
- The lead arrives with the shade in it You know the covering, the shade and the gutter colour, and whether they want the moss dealt with at the same time.
- The same lead is worth having twice If the roof will not take a coating, it is a roof replacement lead instead. Neither one is wasted.
- The leads land where you already work The tool can be wired into your CRM, so enquiries arrive in the system you run your sales from rather than in a mailbox where they get lost.
How it works
- The visitor uploads a photo of their house One ordinary photograph is enough.
- They say which covering they have Sheet metal, concrete tile or felt: the method and the palette both follow from it.
- The image takes about a minute The shade changes and the moss goes, but the profile does not move: the same seams and courses as before. That is the whole point.
- You get the enquiry and both photographs The original and the rendering arrive by email, with the choices and the contact details.
